Is this compatible with Gigabyte z390 Gaming X? null

Little late to this, but the Z390 x doesn't have a 3 pin, 5v argb header, so you won't be able to use the rgb without a converter.

Yes it is. Motberbpard won't matter necessarily its the chipset socket. It has multiple adapters to fit almost any chipset.

Yes, this has the Intel bracket included. That motherboard uses an Intel Core CPU therefore it is compatible.

Yes it should be compatible with all intel and amd motherboards, they supply you with both brackets for optional use.

It is pretty standard plug and play. If the motherboard has RGB control it should work.
