• Yes it does. It has 2 with different ratings depending on your CPU. The newer Ryzen CPUs can take advantage of much larger bandwidths on this board.

• Yes The PCIe 16 lane is the new fast PCIe 4.0 protocol. As is the main M.2 slot.
