I have Nvidia card that is 3 years old, gforce GTX 760, 1 slot pci Express to motherboard and it takes 2 slots on the case. It connects 1 bay for hdmi and 1 bay for 2 types of other monitor connections. Your card has PCI Express 3 as do my card too and it fits on the motherboard, motherboard supports 2x video cards of the same type and can be upgraded for power users using NVIDIA's Scalable Link Interface (SLI). Also check your power supply to have additional cords to connect to your card, if needed. Check case if it will support motherboard dimensions. Hope this helps.
