No it will not, this is a 8th/9th gen motherboard. That cpu is a 7th there are very few motherboards that are backwards compatible and they are usually Chinese and they don't work that well. And plus there a lot better cpu's than a i7 7700k now just a heads up.

As long as its LGA (land Grid Array) it will fit the mobo.
