No, it won't. You need to go to at least an 8th gen CPU. The I7-8086K is the lowest recommended processor. Also, since this is a 300 series mobo you will need to go with Windows 10 also.

According to the specs on their website, it will NOT support the I7 7700 CPU. The minimum is the I7-8086. Also note that this is a 300 series mobo and needs Windows 10.
