• A:Answer I know the other answers say yes, however keep in mind that if you put in a 10th gen intel CPU there is a really good chance you will need to update the BIOS just to get it to post.

• A:Answer It has two ports - SATA5 and SATA6. If your drive is older, it should run still under SATA5. I have a platter drive connected to it and it works fine.
