What is the recommended refresh rate? null

Depends on what you’re using the monitor for. For PC gaming optimally you want a 144fps monitor with a low refresh rate to prevent input lag. For console, it will only run 60fps depending on if you have an older system. I know os4 pros run higher frame rates though, not entirely sure about Xbox.

What do you mean by this? The default is 165hz, so I’d recommend that
