Yes it is possible to use the monitor with an Xbox One, however many of the benefits of the monitor would not be available to you as the Xbox One hardware is limited in performance compared to a gaming PC.

Yes you can. However the xbox does not go to 144hz. I believe its capped at 60hz. It will look great on this monitor regardless.
