QuestionWhat is the upgradability of the ram for this laptop? As well as the storage space? Is the ram soldered directly to the MOBO or is it a module of laptop memory?

- Answer You may upgrade memory up to 64GB of total memory. The Vector 16 uses standard DDR5 so-dimm memory.

QuestionHas the fan issue where it’s loud for no reason in all fan settings and even during simple tasks been fixed? I never had a vector but I have seen a lot of complaints about the fan being buggy

QuestionI don’t like the WASD keys highlighted like that. Can I change the lighting or are the actual keys colored like that?

- Answer The colors of the WASD are adjustable, but please note that the keycaps themselves are more translucent and allow for more light to shine through.
