does this filt a mid size tower null

This is an tax motherboard. It will fit, but you have to do some research. It all depends on what you put in your build. I have had no problems exept my giant Corsair h80i with 2 fans barely fit.

Assuming the Mid-Tower case will support a standard ATX motherboard, then yes, this motherboard will fit that case! Double check the case specs a see if the "ATX" for factor is listed as compatible!
