Best Buy and Citi Card are crooks, Citi allows fraudulent charges on your best buy card. Call Best Buy they wash there hands and refer you to Citi Card. Citi Card refers you to Best Buy. I cancelled all cards with both of these crooks. I now have a pending case with the FTC and will not stop.

He bought a refrigerator last year and was told he could get 10% off by signing up for their credit card, so he did. Never knew/agreed to their Plus Membership (for $49.99/year.) Started getting emails of past due balances. Just spent hours (!!!) on the phone trying to fix this and cancel this card! Had the hardest time speaking to actual humans then calls were cut off several times once I finally did. Then they kept sending me to others to speak to at Citibank and Geek Squad, etc., etc., etc. It’s terrible and still not completely fixed. We are closing our Best Buy Citibank cars and will never shop at Best Buy again. Beware!
