After much frustration, I returned the laptop. 20 days later I requested a refund and received $23!! $23! Best Buy is charging me $156.99 for services attempted unsuccessfully on the Lenovo that I returned and no longer own. It's like paying for a meal in a restaurant and not getting to eat it. I will fight this in every way possible. Beware of Best Buy.
