When you first plug the device into a power supply the 4 light on the side will light up one by one and then it will constantly blink either 1, 2, 3, or 4 lights. Whichever level of power it has been charged to. If you are NOT seeing any lights at all try unplugging the device and hold the power button on for a few seconds and plug it back into a power supply. If your still not seeing any lights try a different cord. Or you might have a faulty device.
