I think their last 2 questions are about managing a home remotely, such as a winter home. What happens when the power goes out and nobody is on site to reset it or manage it?

Mysa programming is controlled over the web, however, the last set point will always be stored. 3. If there is no power at all, Mysa would not function - but as soon as the power resumes Mysa will remember the last set point and always work manually. When internet is restored the device will return to the schedule, and remember all settings. I do hope this helps!
