“Why does it flickers/shakes when it reach a certain volume level?? The sound goes in and out. It does it on movie, music and game Just purchased on the 20th of October. Just started out of nowhere. The room is a 2 story family room 18-21”

Call them. I had issues also, ended up being interference from my router frequency. Changed the router and no issues.
