My sound bar isn't attached yet so I will move it to floor this evening and check that out. I do know that the sound effects are awesome but speaker placement on the surround speakers does make a noticeable difference. Watched hacksaw ridge last night. Hearing the effects around you was pretty amazing. Could actually here rocks falling all around you after explosions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe if you have a Transparent Projector Screen and place the soundbar behind the screen?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you, I can't put it behind the screen because it's not acoustic. chaz5873 please let me know how it sounds on the floor. I know i can place it there but just want to know if quality is diminished by a lot. The woofers and side speakers are no problem i can place anywhere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To answer your question it is recommend that you place all speakers and soundbar at ear level or closet to ear level for best sound and perception, it wont sound bad as far as quality but having the sound bar extremely low or high may throw off the acoustics in order for you to hear dolby atmos correctly as it was intended. Nakamichi soundbar does not have a sound calibrator to fix with this type of issue. My suggestion and may be a pain but place the soundbar directly behind the screen it may be hidden and you wont be able to use the remote quite efficiently but at least you can get the sound at ear level. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can place the sound bar anywhere you want. You have to keep in mind that the center speaker represents the voices not the sound effects. I would say keep it at ear level.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure. It is less than 6" high, so it will fit at top or bottom. If you have frisky dogs or small children, above the screen might be better.
