QuestionCan I replace the base controlling model? It doesn’t connect and I’ve tried all suggested messages from super. Unplugging various models both rhythm and control. Made sure it was connected to WiFi but app can’t detect it so the lights are stuck. Pls help

QuestionI own the rhythm triangles currently and would like to use the smarter kit as well. are the compatible with each other since the are both triangle models or am i going to have to slowly start swapping all of my old ones out?

- Answer Shapes, Canvas, and Light Panels are three different lines. They are not compatible with other lines. Rhythm triangles do not work with Shape Triangles

QuestionI have the triangle Nanoleaf set and one of the connectors broke. Is there a way to purchase connectors separate from the light sets?
