- Answer I contacted 2K support because it wasn't working for me at first either, but after a couple days I got all my stuff. 2k Support was slow to respond though, so just know you will wait for a bit.

- Answer If you ordered the Mamba Edition of NBA 2k21, there will be two separate packages sent, one with the game disc and the other with just the steelbook. If you only bought the steelbook, that was all you were getting, a case for a game.
