QuestionHow do you handle the tassles/fringe on the ends of rugs

- Answer If they're long enough to be sucked up into a normal vacuums spinning brush then they will be sucked up into the Neato's brush as well. However, it does stop cleaning and notify you the moment it detects something like a tassle/string getting tangled in the brush.

- Answer From the home screen of the app, click the upper left 'hamburger' menu. From there you can add 'no-go' lines by tapping the 'add no-go line' option at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps.

- Answer Dear Customer, If you are planning on cleaning more than one level in your home, we may suggest utilizing two charging stations. This is because, you would have to move the device down these stairs by hand. You do not need two charging stations to achieve this, simply move the Neato down your stairs, tap/click the start button! However, two charging stations in the long term may be helpful!

- Answer It is possible to set up a schedule (though you have to do it through the app on your phone). Also, as noted in a different response to one of your questions, if the WiFi stops working, the robot will stop operating (even though you have a schedule set up).

- Answer We have not noticed any scratching. The wheels are rubber, the brush is a mix of rubber and nylon. There are not many things that can cause a scratch.

- Answer Hi there, unfortunately that is not possible. You can deleted saved floor plans that have been created and recreate them if needed, however, cleaning summaries and maps will remain saved for a period of time, they delete automatically overtime.
