A:Answer I don't think this would fit an adult, unless they were smaller boned. Actually, I don't see how it will stay on because it is a semi-circle and does not wrap entirely around the arm/wrist. From the picture on the back of the box, it looks as if a plastic clip will fold down on the inner arm.
