• Not yet but would assume they are working on that functionality. For now once the tv is on you can control channel volume among other features.

• It will turn your tv off, but not on unless you have a Chromecast hooked up to the TV apparently.

• That depends more on the scary functions of your tv then this device. This device works exactly like a Google home.
