- Answer Technically it is a trac phone but is unlocked for net 10. My husband has this phone and is a net 10 user. We have had no issues.

QuestionThis is a tripple minute tracfone correct?I've ordered this phone, but even after contacting customer service about not recieving a email conformation, no email from Best Buy. No mention is made of this being a tracfone tripple minute phone, but I was told by one on the sales people that it is a tripple minute tracfone. Is this correct?
