Hi. This is Frank from NET10 Wireless. To check your data usage, you may text the word USAGE to short code 61161 or you can also download the NET10 My Account App on your phone. For mobile hotspot device, If you have used up the allotted data usage, the data will stop working. However, you'll have the option to buy more data with add-on data card. Any remaining or unused high speed data at the end of the month expires. Unfortunately, the data does not roll over or carry over for regular plan. For add on data card, it does not expire with active service, usage begins after the active data plan is consumed, unused data will carry over month-to-month with active service and you may add this as many times as needed.
