I have ooma and have not encountered any issues along with eero router did have issues with nighthawk 6e doesn't work well with that device

no, there is NO POE. its just for connecting PC, and other things that don't need power from RJ45 outlet

Depends, If the phone system is already setup and you are just adding this in to get more ports for other things I think it will coexist with the rest of the network fine. If you are starting from scratch you will need to check with the manufacturer of the phone system to see what the phones require. Generally speaking you will want to have the phones on their on VLAN and they are often powered by the switch as well (POE). This is not a programmable switch and is not POE either so my knee jerk response is no not if you don't already have the phone system setup.

I don't see why not. This just splits the signal, so any internet device you can plug into a router or switch should work. Of course the switch lets you load the system with more devices so could slow speed and thus performance of a VOIP phone depending on strength of input and on how many devices you have operating at once. But I have my mom's VOIP phone on a pretty weak wireless system in a senior living facility and it works fine. This should be better because it's hard wiring. If you have a VOIP phone that only connects wirelessly, of course you will need to add a wireless access point.
