• If you turn off WiFi on your router then after your devices recognize that your connection is dropped (about 20 seconds) then you will not have wifi. If you are trying to access the internet on your cell phone then you will be able to do so because of your data plan with your cell phone company, however you will now have a metered connection and will be paying for every Gigabyte.
