Mine didn't even work. I have to return it and I'm having a hard time, since stores are closed and when I call it takes to long to communicate with them. I haven't been able to communicate with them to know where can I return this item.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I test routers a lot. Finding out there is a hidden limitations we are all unknowningly exceeding with our new home toys. If you have more than ~15 toys on concurrently or holding onto an IP address (even if WiFi is Idle or turned off), these cheap devices have problems and data may not flow well to the end devices and you may have stability/reliability issues. If so, time for a more expensive router that have a spec for CONCURRENT USERS > # devices in your house.
