A:AnswerDon't know anything about uverse but I have an Amazon stick, a Roku stick, two smart phones, two tablets, and a Channel Master DVR all connected to my router with zero problems. Monthly fees? For what? You are not getting any continuing services from Netgear. No, no monthly fees.
A:AnswerI would need more information to accurately answer your question. If Comcast just simply disabled port forwarding capabilities on their routers, and that's what is causing you problems, then Yes, this would help. If it's more than that, I would need more information to reply.

A:AnswerGenerally speaking you can't replace ATT devices with off the shelf routers like this. The ATT device in your house is also a modem, if I were you, I would research the difference between those 2 things and ask ATT if you can provide your own devices because there are modem/routers that you could theoretically replace it with, however some ISPs will still not allow you to do it (its part of their contract).
