“i am trying to get wifi out into my shed( metal building) I live in a trailer (also metal) my shed is over 150 yards away. I have the Netgear ac1200 black model. it isn't strong enough and I have to leave the door open to use not good in -11any sugestions”

This should work for you. I live on an acre and my WiFi drone still has the signal when I fly 4 or 5 properties down. Got this extender to put WiFi in my man cave and it exceeded that
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You’ll probably have to get a second internet connection. That is a long distance with 2 shields of metal in between, there isn’t much you can do.

Please try again later.I think your best solution is to use the extender in "access point mode" using a CAT 5 cable from the trailer to the shed. 150 yards is too long a distance for one extender (not counting the metal walls which would reduce the range further) You would have to chain several wireless extenders to make that distance.
