• Yes, it will. I have much better speed from this than the AT&T supplied modem.

• It will work with ATT network.... Look at the back of it to make sure you have the correct connection from your wall or gateway... I saw no Coaxial connection on it....

• Yes but if your internet is slow sick to cheaper routers unless thinking of an upgrade

• This is not a modem. It requires the Netgear 7300 router to function.
