Double NAT involves the router settings and is a pain in the rear end if you do not know how to change it. Google Double NAT Xbox and read up how to work around it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You shouldn't have to touch the NAT settings at all on your router. XBox company already knows to make sure its NAT requirements will be accepted and whitelisted on most home routers. If you have a business grade or enterprise grade router.. then yes, maybe you have to edit the nat. Very rare though.
