I would suggest using an ethernet cable to the back of the router, directly. Open up a browser on a laptop or tower, and eventually, the Netgear page will appear for setup instructions. Your second option is to download the Netgear App on your phone, connect to the WiFi codes posted on the bottom of the router, and follow instructions from there. Best of luck, Consultant Brian
