How long is the manufacturer's warranty? null

12 months warranty but don't bother buying anything NETGEAR they will not honor the warranty. Please read reviews all over Internet on this company. Also you cannot understand the service reps in INDIA. Company is money hungry. I would buy any other brand but not NETGEAR

Chuck; The standard warranty for a Netgear router is 1 year. You can buy additional coverage through Best Buy, and they'll replace, no questions asked. You do have choices, but not that many. In order to obtain warranty service under this NETGEAR warranty, during the NETGEAR product’s warranted period, as set forth above, you must submit a valid claim to NETGEAR by: 1. Obtaining an RMA number by contacting NETGEAR technical support; 2. Returning (at your shipping cost) the failed product to the address provided by NETGEAR technical support; and providing NETGEAR with proof of the original date of purchase. Hope that helps.

This product comes with a limited warranty that is valid only if purchased from a NETGEAR authorized reseller. 24/7 basic technical phone support provided for 90 days from purchase date.
