Dear Bill; This product should work with Spectrum in Minnesota. There are no issues here in Michigan with Netgear wireless devices. Go ahead and purchase it. The worst-case scenario is you get 10 days to return it with Best Buy's return policy. It's a good, solid model. No major issues in setting up. You should do just fine.
