Will this work on 3 smart TVs and 2ipads 1 laptop? null

I unfortunately have DSL but it works well for 2 smart TVs and an IPad. If you have high speed internet I’m sure it will work great with the items you mentioned.

I purchased this to help advance our signal for added devices. At this time it's connected to about 5 or 7 devices. a smart tv, 2 streaming blu ray players an echo show, a video doorbell a tablet and a laptop. As an FYI the signal strength may vary depending on how many devices are using the wifi at once.
