Most likely I would say No... but it might...You could always try and then return if it does not work....However, You should really think about upgrading to a new operating system. I would recommend being on windows 7 or higher at a minimum. There a multiple security flaws with the older operating systems which will leave your computer vulnerable to getting a virus or exploited.

This devise works best with widows 7 and higher. I would no attempt to try to install on Vista. The drivers are not designed for best use on that version.
