The laptop you described already has a built in wifi adapter, with support for the same speeds as this. It sounds like what you are looking for is a USB Cellular Modem. These allow you to use a sim card to use LTE networks in your area, just like your phone. You will have to pay the higher data use rates in order to use these though.
