“Will a Netgear booster/extender AC 750 Dual band $49.99 boost my signal strength and speed? I tried it 2 feet from the router and got excellent results. 1st floor office to 2nd floor bedroom (50feet) when I plugged it in upstairs. Big drop in signal speed”

Try finding a plugin. between the floors. I find that if you have steel beams it does interrupt the signal
