“Do you have to receive e-mails when camera is activated?”

• Mine is setup so I get an email and message from the app anytime it detects motivation.

• No you do not need to receive an email when the camera is activated. You can toggle the push notifications on and off and choose whether you receive an email. You can also set the camera to be active based on times that you choose. Very flexible to use.
