• I would say yes, it's my understanding that you can at least connect up to four. I have two connected up to my nighthawk, my night hawk is in the basement and my DST's are upstairs one in the kitchen and one in the garage.

• You can have up to 8 DST's hooked to your Netgear 7300 router but the chances are you will only need the one that comes with it. If you do still have a weak signal then feel free to add more.
