Yes. I currently have 300mbs with Xfinity and no land line. If you have a phone line with Xfinity you'll have to find another model.

This model gives me up to 60 Mbs on all my devices (I have 6 devices, 1 IPad, I Surface, 2 phones, one smart phone and a wireless printer). All of them on the same network served by this cable modem, wifi router combination. 1- I sped up ALL my devices by ORDERS of magnitude because of it 32 channel download. 2- It gives me about 85% of max bandwidth (60 Mbs of 75 Mbs) for wireless. I have not tried the wire Ethernet connection. 3- I do NOT have a 200 Mbs service from Xfinity, so I cannot give you first hand knowledge about what peak performance you will get from this device.
