• rf is ok, so bad extender or router

• I'm guessing that somehow the router has lost its connection to the broadband. I reboot the router by disconnecting the power cord, counting to 15, then reconnecting the power cord. It's probably good to turn off your computer while you do this and start it up again when all the front lights are solid.
