- Answer Yes. DOCSIS 3.0 are compatible. Currently the Motorola MB8600 and the Netgear C7800 DOCSIS 3.1 is not compatible with the RCN network. We continue to work with the manufacturers to certify the modems, and will update when this is completed. EURODOCSIS cable modems are not supported in the United States.
