• A:Answer Unplug connecter and unconnected cable connecter for a few minutes then reconnect wait about 10 minutes and that should do it. That is what i had to do once. Seems to fix the problem.

• A:Answer The ideal way to check if a modem/router works with your internet service provider or not is by logging to their account page and check for approved 3rd party wifi modem/routers they have listed. Atleast on xfinity's page this list is visible, so I think on other ISP's page there should be similar list of approved devices. Check below:- https://business.sparklight.com/support/faq/what-compatible-modems-are-supported-sparklight-business https://compatiblemodems.com/cable-one/ In these sites mostly only modem or only routers are mentioned but not the combo like this one. So you can compare by AC1600 or AC17500 or similar specifications.

• A:Answer works with everything but since all one piece LAGS on EVERYTHINHG no matter your internet speed....it constantly buffs,restarts your games (no connection), freezes netflix,and internet company says all service coming into house. Never had prob when these 2 were 2 separate boxes (modem,router). Even though netflix went out (stopped working completely one a year and had to buy a new one no matter what). Suggest just buy a diff brand and keep 2 separate boxes. Thoight it was our internet but now know it's the equipment and stuck with it after 2 weeks. Total rip off! Buy a separate box for the $300 price like i tried to tell my husband because im an engineer and know that it underproduces if you have comcast,game,or stream at all....
