Yes it supports 2.4Ghz, you have the option of turning both bands on or just one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is dual band 2.4 and 5 and is backwards comparable a, b, and g. My laptop uses the 2.4 g and my iPhone connects of the 5 ghz. Apps that used to take a few minutes to download now take a few seconds.

Please try again later.it was done atomically on it own as older computers or any thing will work on only 2.4GHz only but as of todays computers as laptop and tablets and even smart phones will work is 5GHz so that 5GHz is much stronger and faster than 2.4GHz so and it also have dual band that means both have 2.4 and 5GHz bands in one system
