Does this work with DirecTV satellite service? null

It is nothing more than a router (a smart switch), that takes the single internet connection provided by your cable provider and allows it to connect to multiple wifi & RJ45 cable-connected devices at the same time. All it does is keep track of the data packets that it passes along. You should be able to take advantagel of the speed offered by this item for your cable connection, and the wifi end of it works great.

Yes. We have DitecTV and it connects wirelessly and works well. Streaming is no problem.

Yes, I have my DirecTV connected with no problems. I have a Genie HR44-500 HD receiver and 4 Genie minis - no problems. If you have a problem connecting be sure to go through the complete Internet set up on DirecTV and refresh the network then connect.
