Any range extender should work with in I really don't think you will need one. I had to have one on my old set up. Where I had my modem and router (in my basement) I would not get signal on the 2nd floor. With this new modem/router unit I have full signal on the second floor and all the way around my house. The new unit is in the exact same place as my old units were. I no longer need a range extender any more. But if you do decide to get one I would buy one compatible with the docsis software installed on the unit so you up/download speeds aren't disturbed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I dont think you will need one with it , we use it where we had no reception with N600. It has much stronger signal. I think it already has a built in extended range. See the back of the box.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My AC1750 barely reached mobile devices on the porch of our 4 level home. We added the Netgear AC750 at the porch entrance, and now the mobiles sing, even on the lagoon beyond.
