• My teenage sons use this for gaming. With are decently fast cable connection, it works well with both of them on line at once. They are happy. I can still connect online with my computer while they are playing, so I am happy with this too. This response is probably too late to help you, but here it is, just in case.

• Yes. I have my PS4 connected through Ethernet cable directly to the back. Have high speed internet and this thing wont let you down

• I have a PS4 and an Xbox One and I haven't had many issues at all, which is about as much as you can ask for with networked games. It's a lot better than the garbage that ISPs provide.
