“Is the Power Switch a Push-Button Momentary Contact Switch or a On-OFF switch? I need to be able to have it on all the time and in case AC Power fails it comes back on without any human pushing a button.”

Yea it's push button it's on the back of it. It stays on even if the power goes out comes back on automatically.
