• No it will not because it is a DSL modem and you're trying to use It with cable

• This modem/router is not on the Cox Internet approved devices web page. The Cox Netgear recommended WiFi modems are model numbers: CG3000D, CG3000Dv2, CG4500BD, C6300BD, C3000, C3700, C6300, and N450.
