• should be, yes. The best thing about Best Buy is that you can purchase the modem and if it doesn't work, you can return it within 14 days. When you install it, do it early in the day so that you've got time to call tdstelecom so they can help with the install and registering it in their network (you'll have to provide them serial number and other info about the modem.
